Does anybody know where I can get an ebook of this? It's not available anywhere in my country, and due exorbitant customs duty fees, international shipping is not an option. Better World Books had eDelivery for it, until they didn't anymore, in which case I have no idea what happened. Any help? Please?

i saw the question and was about to reply, then i saw Kim's reply, actually i was going to suggest the same thing, i hope you found the book by contacting the author.

Perhaps if you contacted the Author he might be able to give you some suggestions. I don't use ebooks, or any electronic books .... so I have no knowledge of where to look. Good Luck.
