Absolutely loved the Warden series--tore through the whole thing in about two weeks and was so fortunate to have started just before the release of Advocate. Aelis is an unbelievable character, not in spite of her flaws but because of them. It feels terribly demanding to ask this in the very week of Advocate's release, but do you have plans to continue Aelis's story in a book 4?

Well, I very much want to write more books about Aelis. In fact, I know the sharp outlines of Book 4, the rough of Book 5, and I can see the hazy, indistinct form of Book 6. But the publisher bought a trilogy, and is only publishing these three books.

I really, truly hope that I get to return to Aelis and her world someday, and not too far off. But right now I don't know exactly what that looks like.
