Dennis I didn't like the prequel Comanche Moon at all. It felt too forced so that all the details would somehow fit into Lonesome Dove. I liked Streets of La…moreI didn't like the prequel Comanche Moon at all. It felt too forced so that all the details would somehow fit into Lonesome Dove. I liked Streets of Laredo very much though, almost as much as Lonesome Dove. There's one other book in the saga which I haven't read and I'm not sure where it fits in. Thne other Western books aren't as strong, in my opinion.(less)
