Arlene Rawlinson Billy says that Ruth killing innocent people that look like him with blue eyes is not acceptable, that he be hunted. He says,'I cannot tolerate that. I am no one's prey." He also adds that "You might have accidentally targeted me one day. It's a pity all this had to end. Oh, what a very fine monster you are..."

judith SPOILER: Billy was looking for Ruth to finish her off before she stumbled onto him while targeting his look-alikes. He was about to kill her in the hotel when the cops showed up & took her away. He wasn't helping Amanda, he was using her to find Ruth, & afterwards "repaid" her by killing Crone.
