The other form of heck is said once, but that’s all for swearing. I’m not the best person to give advice on age ratings, but I’d say it’d probably be PG. Though I think the show is rated PG-13, so maybe not… I think it would be appropriate for younger audiences (11+?), although they likely won’t understand the full theme as well.
