What inspired you to write The Cobweb Bride Trilogy?

Vera Nazarian Thanks for asking! I've always been fascinated with winter fairytales, and one of my favorites is the "Twelve Months" Russian fairytale. in writing Cobweb Bride I combined my love for Greek mythology and the Renaissance with my love of writing epic fantasy. The Persephone and Hades myth got a historical twist, and here it is.

Hi Vera! I am currently rereading Qualify and Compete to refresh my memory before reading Win. However, I recently had laryngitis which made me think: are there any mute/deaf Atlantians? Considering their culture is based on music, that would put those Atlantians at a disadvantage. Or have they managed to genetically alter their DNA to rid them of those? Thanks!
