Hi Loretta, thanks, I just saw this note, I dont come to this website alot. I have published 5 books, one poetry book, and a children's book that my daughter wrote and I helped edit and publish. I am an engineer by trade and I write as a hobby; the subject for winds of change has been on my mind as I live in northern Virginia and I have been here over 15 years; it just doesnt snow as much here as it did 15 years ago; and about the story, I based one of the characters on my daughter. If you are interested in writing yourself, I wrote a book on how to write a book - Discussion from a Beginner Writer. I am working on a new book but it is going to take some time probably over a year. As a self published author sales are not that high so i want to write a comedy for the new book but it is more difficult to say it than to write it, smiles.
