How did you decide on where to use "regular" dialogue (like in most novels) and "dramatic" dialogue (as if it were a script)? Is there any deeper meaning behind this?

Not really any deeper meaning. I basically did it when there was a lot of dialogue and speaker tags would have been burdensome, and also where the dialogue was providing most of the narrative, if that makes sense.

I'm also very glad that you put so much emphasis on ambiguity and allowing readers to make their own interpretations; to me this encapsulates the whole beauty of literature and I'm very glad it's so open-ended. ANYWAY, I was wondering how different your first draft was from the final product? Did the plot change much, or did it follow the same outline throughout?

i just have to say this is one of the most beautifully written books i’ve ever read, it’s just perfect in every aspect of the word, thank you so much for writing this and i have no words to describe the emotional wreck i was after read the epilogue, james was my favorite character and to read that, was too much, anyhow i was thinking, who is your favorite character? and who was your favorite to write?
