Could you tell us more about this meditation you've been mentioning?

Josh Sundquist I've been thinking about doing a video series on it. But yeah, basically like most people i have a really over active mind and get a lot of anxiety. Meditation is the practice of sitting still and watching your thoughts while you focus on something else, say, your breath. It means separating your attention from your thoughts and bringing it into the present moment.
