Dr Dahner, I have truely appreciated the Ell Donsaii series but, I do not feel you have finished it as of yet, is there a new book in this series that is in the works and if so when is it due for release? Michael Meyer, DO

Thanks for your interest!
I do plan to write another Donsaii but if I write too many in a row I get a little burned out. Currently my plan is to write about one a year.
I'm writing another "Worlds of Ryn Wilkie book at present.

A chronological problem in Terraform? (Great book by the way). The book states Stockton is a lame duck president and the candidates for the upcoming election have been selected. But the journalist investigating Donsaii states Donsaii was made persona non grata by President Stockton between 3.5 and 6.5 years ago. So during Terraform Stockton has only served 6.5 years not the 7.5 years required to be lameduck.

Hello, Dr. Dahners, I have read all the ED, Vaz, Stasis, and Proton books. I started Hyllis and Bonesetter series. I realize you are writing according to current interests and inspiration, I just wanted to put in my two cents for more of all four of the series I have finished. I find your style and obvious care for your characters, their humanity and the use of science what-if very satisfying! More proton, Ed, etc!?

Sentience in an AI, that's near future and potentially one of children's generations big challenging question. I wonder if you know a paediatric psychologist (+mathematician?) who could help write an awakening sequence/ pattern... Shan might see the potential and work it? (joint nobel including the AI=tacit recognition of personhood) Charles Stross's Accelerando has good ideas. Just got '6 bits', it's next to read.
