Hi K.D.! I saw last year that the release date for Misfit Caravan was May 2024. I just went to preorder the book and now it's showing up as January 2026. Can you share any details about what's going on with the publication date? And do you have any recommendations on what we should all be reading while we wait? Thanks so much, I hope you are well!

I posted an answer to this general question last week -- you can see it in my recent answered questions, if that's OK.
As for inspiration and reading......? I'll be honest, the Pandemic rewired my brain. I found myself shifting from books to TV. (Though I greatly expanded my TV watching to include international and diverse shows. I love sci-fi set in other parts of the world.) I'm going to start a series of blog entries in the near future tied to a Patreon-type concept (no cost to view the blog entries; but I'll have more special content as part of the Patreon-style support, including a project in which I share my entire writing process from start to finish) in which I review the TV that I'm watching and the books I'm reading. I'd love to share that with readers, so you can see where my inspiration comes from. And maybe YOU can recommend books to ME.
As for right now? I'm reading Kelly Armstrong (love her Rockton books -- more mystery than sci-fi, but it's a cool mystery concept set in a gorgeous part of the world), Murderbot, the Ilona Andrews Wilmington books (have you read the Kate Daniels series? I adore it so much), and I'm excited to catch up on the latest Patricia Briggs (love love love Mercy Thompson). I also have the Kai Butler books in my Kindle. You should check out David Slayton, too -- love his books.

Hello! I absolutely loved TLS, and I fell in love with THM. As a big fantasy fan who is also part of the LGBT+ comunity, yor story hit just the spot. Given that the cast of your stories is so diverse, I was wondering... are you considering to include any asexual characters in your books? No pressure, just asking because representation is always nice

Hi :) I really love your series, have listened/read it multiple times, and every time I find something interesting and new. Thank you for writing these great stories! My question is: do you plan to translate it to other languages (German or Italian for example?). I'd love to pass it to my son, but his English is not yet to this level.

Hello! Just finished the Last Sun and I loved it, can't wait to read the Hanged Man! ...do you have a mailing list to which I could subscribe? I saw there was no kindle edition of the Hanged Man available for preorder and I'd love to get notifications about your progress and book releases (I follow a lot of autors and don't want to miss the release and forget about the series)
