Jeffrey asked Glynnis Campbell:

IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS, I HAVE READ ABOUT DIFFERENT AUTHORS WHO HAVE EITHER WON OR BEEN NOMINATED TO WIN DIFFERENT AWARDS GIVEN TO AUTHORS FOR THEIR WRITING. TO YOU, IS THERE A SPECIFIC AWARD THAT YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR WRITING TO BE WIN?

Glynnis Campbell At the beginning of my career, I entered and won the Romance Writers of America Golden Heart twice, Barnes & Noble's Book Buyers Best, and Hearts through History. These were significant for me, because agents and editors were more likely to consider my manuscripts. Now, however, I'm a USA Today bestseller, so I leave the competitions to writers who can get more benefit from them. (What I'd really love is for someone to adapt one of my books for film and win an Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay!)
