I was not into reading anymore since I had been in nursing school for so long. All the medical books and what not. One day I said I was going to force myself to read after graduation (which I have now) and this was the first book I found myself reading. I couldn't have been happier, and I absolutely love to read now! I cannot get enough! More books please? I have found my new favorite author.

Your book is fabulous! A number of co-workers and HS students (I work in a High School library) have read it and all say the same thing, "You have to read this book!" I love your humor and how it can tie some very serious topics together for that time period. One student said it brought the experience of women in the sixties to life. And, of course, Six Thirty's narration was a favorite! When is the next book?

Bonnie, I LOVE this book. Only have about 15% left, and know it will be the top of my favorite reads for 2022. Some of the lines are hilarious and I've highlighted them. Some of the women's issues you raise are still with us, and the US seems to be going backwards. I wonder if you knew what was coming? I feel the same emotions the characters do. What a great book!
