First, how is being silent on one point a "conflict?"

Second, the bible does not place Jesus as the son of god and part of a triune. That is one, recent interpretation by the Roman Catholic Church.
There are religions whose sacred text is the bible,
and they do not believe Jesus was the son of god (and neither did Jesus).
They also don't believe in the doctrine of the Holy Trinity (which was invented by a committee of politicians hundreds of years after Jesus died).

You can argue that Jesus was part of a "triune" god, but Jesus never made that clear. Jesus never wrote anything down, and he never said that a bible should be written. All of that came (many decades) after he died.(less)
