I am just now reading, The Good Left Behind, printed in 2022. That year my mom passed and in 2023, my dad passed. Over half way through it and It may be my favorite of your novels so far and I am a big fan of yours. My question is: How can one man/bully rile up so many other men/people toward violence for their neighbors/friends?

Dear Patricia- I don't know- but there is a crowd mentality- and when people are afraid, their worst instincts propel the action- the same goes for goodness by the way- we can be inspired to be good- and we can be pushed to do wrong- maybe the answer lies in the power of one person's moral compass- to follow his or her own heart- which encourages others to do the same...that's the narrative of The Good Left Undone- Thank you for reading it! xxx

Not really a question, but I selected your book from the BOTM membership my daughter gave me for Mother's Day and I LOVED it! I experienced so many emotions on behalf of all your characters. And can I say how much I appreciated an engaging story that did not rely on foul language and graphic sex scenes every other page? Thank you so much!
