Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Randi-Anne Dey Back in 2005, I played DND with a friend. My characters name was Chahaya, and her other half in that book was Greylan. They encountered a Red Dragon named Rendgren. I said to the DM, I LOVE that dragon. Give him to me. HE joked and said, what about Greylan. I was like Meh, Greylan is Chahaya's. I want the Bad Boy all the way. So, I ended up writing the first book for Chahaya but its 277 K and needs pairing down. ( among other things ) so I though. I want to play with Rendgren. So this story came about.
