✨Archie✨ He knows it’s waiting for him because it’s mentioned in the last chapter (Xadens POV) that Xaden and the Sage/General once told him that “he’d turn for love”. Xaden tries to argue this point saying that the Sage doesn’t know him but he counters with “I know more than you think.” I have a theory that the Sage is Xadens dad or that maybe Xadens mom turned (and that’s why no one knows where she is) so maybe the Sage knows his mom.

I think that explains the dreams as well. I think he’s previously connected to the vennin somehow other than being at Resson.

Either way I’m so upset haha can’t wait for the next book. So many questions.
