Yes. First there is a couple. Than there is also this awkward love triangle later on in the series. It is obvious what person the girl will choose. One of the guys is a complete psychopath that will do anything to get her to love her and the other is decent. If you are looking for a sappy romance action adventure book like Maximum Ride or Divergent this isn't exactly that. It is obvious they love each other but their hasn't been a major TFIOS s*x scene as far as the third book. (less)
