Did anyone else realize Joe and Nelson were the same person before it's revealed in Chapter 12? It seems to me that the three girls would have made some comment when Lara tells them about the first time she met Nelson, the director: Oh, here's the part where you met Dad? What did you think of him?

If you’re in the same spot, I highly recommend reading-reading the beginning of chapter 6 (or listening on 2x speed on audible like I did). I have a horrible memory for the details and there are so many callbacks and references to re-live. She doesn’t met Joe until about 1/3 into chapter 7 at the table read. (less)
