Do you think you'd ever make a stop in Des Moines Iowa for a book tour? Your books made my whole childhood to adulthood and would love to meet and thank you in person and get a signed copy of one of your books

Unfortunately I have time to do so few stops, and the publisher tends to send me to big cities with very large and successful independent bookstores so they know they can get a good turn out. Des Moines is one place I've never been, though I'm sure it's a great place! Since they have never sent me there, I think it's quite unlikely they will... But I'm glad you've enjoyed the books!

Hi. uncle Rick, How are you? I've been a big fan of your books since I picked up The Son of Neptune. I recently started trying to get into writing mainly short stories and as I've been writing the hardest thing for me is the dialogue, one of my favorite things about every one of your series is that your dialogue is funny and natural, not weird at all, so I guess I'm asking is how do you write dialogue that is natural.
