what is this book like in terms of sexual content and foul language (especially F-bombs)? is there much of either of these things, if any?

As a former middle school teacher, knowing how hard it was to find books I could recommend to my students, I decided as a writer to keep my books appropriate for audiences aged 12-17 (Y.A.). So while the trigger warnings at the beginning should be looked over due to possible disturbing content, I would comfortably recommend this to a 12 year old. My books do not have sexual content (swoony tension and innocent kisses only), and as far as language, there are a couple minor swear words, but no f-bombs.
