In the interview at the end of the audible version you mention a story with adult Mad. Is this something you plan to write?

Not right now! Mad was in the first novel I attempted (but did not finish). But it was who she became as an adult that allowed me to write her as a child.

Hello, I really enjoyed Lessons in Chemistry. I loved the way you wrote points of view and developed the character of Elizabeth Zott. I have a question, though. I would love to read more of your writing. Are you planning on writing any new books soon? If so, is there an estimated release date for the title and description?

I was thinking about your use of humor and how to classify it- it seems to have some qualities of absurdism but it doesn’t feel quite like satire. How would you classify it? The novel had an almost Vonnegut- feel, like it’s the novel he’d write if he was a woman living through sexism today. I was floored to listen to your interview and learn that you share a copywriting background.
