I don't think so. I think the whole point of the book is that it is open-ended and intentionally leaves the reader not knowing who is telling the truth about what. I don't think there is any need for a sequel. It's meant to be a mystery.

ALL questions are unanswered & the possibilities endless in this story because "none of it is true!" But would we really want more of these people in an equally open-ended sequel?
