So my thought on standalones is they should be so good and the world should feel so well-developed that readers WANT the book to be the first in a series--even though it's a unique one time visit to that world and those characters.

I really enjoyed the 1st book of the All's Fair series and went to order the 2nd in the series. Unfortunately I saw that the 1st & 3rd books can be purchased in pb in Amazon, but the 2nd can't. Is there a reason for this? I do prefer having an actual book in my hands as opposed to ebooks. Meanwhile, I am starting on the Adrien English series. Thanks so much for your great writing!

I just finish reading Winter Kill (I went through all the questions to make sure it wasn't already asked and was chuckling to see many questions started like mine) My question is, is Tucker the same Tucker from All's Fair series? And will there be Winter Kill coda in December? (Please say yes?)
