Do any of the characters in TBK gamble? Charles II is known historically for gambling, so I was wondering if there was ever a time he would've forced Lord Ashcombe or Walsingham into a game (or five).

Kevin Sands Card games and gambling were a big thing in England at the time, so they basically all do, though none of them are particularly passionate about it. Walsingham enjoys playing the most, but he doesn't care about the money; he plays to study the psychology of his opponents.
