Can someone explain the twist on the last page? A reviewer on Goodreads said that it revealed Guy was NOT the killer and in fact it was the supposed victim?? Is Luke/Jonah still alive? Did he fake his own death again? If so who was the victim? I thought the last page implied Jonah’s sister killed Guy in revenge for her brother’s murder - although I did not at ALL understand why she put his watch on Jonah’s memorial…??
