Bonnie Garmus Thanks for the invite! When I can't get on the water, I erg somewhere between a 5K and 7K most days (and in December, mostly 10Ks--the concept II challenge to get to 200K), with varying ladder workouts based on SR and split. Sometimes, though, I plop down and pull a steady state 2k--not hard--then do 30 sec on/30 sec off--sprints until I decide I need to go find something a lot more fun.
