I had a question about how psychic talents work in the Touchstone series! In Snow Day, Jules mentions that he has a telekinesis talent that is too weak to lift anything even with enhancement. Before this, I assumed that only Lantaren-descended people had the potential for a talent. Can Earth people in general actually have weak/nonfunctional talents as well?

Andrea K. Höst Yes, psychic power is not limited to the Lantar, they're merely much stronger at it. But, also, the Lantar originated on Earth, and there's a reasonable possibility that Jules himself was descended from Lantarans - just a lot more diluted.
