Ken Holly quite often refers to events and characters from the previous books. I think most readers will be able to work out roughly what and who is being…moreHolly quite often refers to events and characters from the previous books. I think most readers will be able to work out roughly what and who is being referred to, enough to read Holly as a stand alone, but I'd definitely suggest reading the books in order to get the full story. The other books are also damn good books anyway.(less)
