Goodreads asked Kayla E. Green:

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Kayla E. Green My fridge, as is most drawers and cabinets in my home, are cursed.

I can locate anything within the shelves of the fridge as needed; however, the curse takes hold anytime my husband opens the fridge door. Condiments, beverages, snacks that were purchased just within the last day. The curse prevents him from locating any item he seeks. Similarly, my husband will be looking for a specific hook or obscure type of glue or even a specific business card and will have no luck in obtaining the location of what he is searching for. Yet, I can, without fail, find the desired item within moments of opening a drawer OR can even verbally walk him through the necessary steps to locate the purple and gold binder clip in the plastic dish to the back left of the right-handed drawer near the coffee maker. At first hearing of this mystery, one may assume the curse is a gift in that I can find a lot of items my husband can't, but, alas, that is only part of it. The curse affects me as well. For example, I can be talking on my phone while simultaneously looking for it. If I fail to hang my keys on their designated hook, I will, without a doubt, spend much too long looking for them.

All jokes aside, "mysterious" is not an apt adjective for any part of my life, and I highly doubt anything within it can inspire the plot of a book if centered on a mystery...but I'm perfectly okay with that.
