was there a reason for making the upcoming PJ series live-action and not animated? I think the medium of animation could've also fit PJ really well

Rick Riordan I like animation a lot, and maybe some day we'll get to see an animated version, but it was my decision to reboot the series as live action because rightly or wrongly, animation only gets a fraction of the attention and viewership that a live-action series does. Maybe if the live action series does well, we can look at animated content, but it's much too early to know.

Love the show. Can’t wait for season 2 and the Kane Chronicles. Just one thing can they please fix the lighting? Some scenes were so dark I could barely see the action.
