Just wanted to add to the previous response that the non-binary character does end up in a relationship at the end of the book, and while the character themself isn’t a huge plot point, their romance does contribute to the overall story

one of the minor characters uses they/them pronouns. other than mc's use of these pronouns, it's not really prevalent as this is a side character and not a main character. other than that, there's no other LGBTQIA+ representation.
