Jochen Deferme asked Jurgen Appelo:

With your unfix model, it seems like you want to create an overarching 'model of everything' on collaboration in business. What is the main goal for you of this model, other than facilitating discussions?

Jurgen Appelo The main goal of the unFIX model is to make it easier for people to design their own ways of working. We believe this is hard as long as all the good patterns are spread out across different methods and frameworks. It is difficult to do a bit of Scrum, a bit of Team Topologies, a bit of ShapeUp, a bit of the Spotify Model, and so on. The visuals and terminology are all different across those various models. By offering a shared language of reusable patterns, we hope it becomes easier for people to create context-specific methods so that they don't have to start by "implementing" and then adapting off-the-shelf scaling frameworks.
