Colin Wee The idea for "Breaking Through: The Secrets of Bassai Dai Kata" was not only inspired by my fascination with the hidden depths of martial arts but also by my experience with the JDK Method of Training. The JDK Method, developed by me and my team at Joong Do Kwan, incorporates both hard-style and soft-style combative analysis to explore the nuances of traditional forms like Bassai Dai Kata.
