Emily asked this question about The Secret Book of Flora Lea:
how clean is this book in terms of sexual content and foul language (especially F-bombs)?
Ann Gulledge I just finished this book and I did not find there was a lot of foul language or sexual content. In fact, I can't remember any foul language at all. I honestly don't remember if he did. As for the sexual content, there were a few times when Hazel and Barnaby fell into bed together but there was no description of their activities there. One is left to one's imagination on that. Perhaps the other responder imagined more about what they did together than I did? Again, this was a VERY small part of the book - less than a footnote.(less)
