What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Lacy Jane Just give it a try. Write a book, then write another. With each book you write, you learn and improve. Once you start publishing them, read reviews of your books, but don’t let trolls drag you down. Focus on the positive comments and learn from the negative ones. Also, spend the money to have a professional do your cover. I thought it wouldn’t make a difference, but it REALLY does. I ended up having a professional redo my first three books because they really weren't up to snuff.
