Glynnis Campbell Aren't libraries the best? I have such great childhood memories of going once a week and loading my arms up with the maximum number of books! I'm not sure the libraries near me have modernized much, except for having computers instead of card catalogs. If you mean the architecture, I think we've lost our appreciation for decorative arts in general. I love art nouveau buildings, but the current trend seems to be minimalist.
