What was your inspiration for writing this book?

Jane Green A bookkeeper who worked for us who turned out to have stolen vast amounts from her previous employer, and of course we discovered that the dishonesty had continued. I'm fascinated by the assumptions we make about people: that they operate under the same moral code, and how we ignore the little voice that tells us things are not right.
