What is the longest and shortest that you have worn your hair? Do you wear it down mostly as you are in your photos? What is your biggest long hair tip?

The shortest I ever had my hair was in sixth grade, when I cut it to look like Twiggy's (Google it). I cried so much, I vowed never to do that again, so I haven't had it short since. The longest is to my waist. I wear it down about half the time and put it up for going to the gym and doing housework/gardening. A long hair tip? This is for short hair too, but I would say a healthy diet and nourishing from the inside is as important as what hair products you use.
