Good evening. We found out in volume 5 that Sam is afraid of heights, but then how on earth did Ethan and Sam date in Wyoming? Wouldn't mountain climbing be difficult? Wyoming seems to be a big place, though, so they could have dated in hiding. Also, I wonder if Sam was popular as a teenager? (I wonder if he was popular with the opposite sex when I saw him being cackled at by the madams in volume 5.)

So Sam has a touch of Acrophobia, but nothing so crippling that he would be unable to function efficiently. Sam would have zero patience with such weakness in himself. While I'm sure he and Ethan did hike, they would have spent a lot more time doing other pleasant things on flat surfaces. ;-)

I don't think Sam would have been particularly popular as a teen. He would have probably struck his classmates as a bit odd or different or simply closed off.

Hey, Josh! Are there still plans on releasing an audiobook set that includes So This Is Christmas narrated by Chris Patton? I think Kale Williams also did a great job but I am kind of addicted to Chris Patton's rendition of Riordan. And are there still plans for Adrien English stuff for the 20th anniversary?
