Margaret Dardess Great question! My new book Bowers and Shady carries me to the fictitious town of Green Valley on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. I'd walk the rowdy streets, stop by the Buckhorn Saloon for a bowl of venison stew, and join the Marshall in search for the robbers who made off with gold from Wells Fargo.
