What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Maria Levato Which of my cats keeps opening the drawers in the kitchen! It'd be more of a comical mystery, but it's the first thing that came to mind. There would be a detective who possessed the ability to speak with animals. He'd interrogate them and try to bribe them with treats or catnip, perhaps tell them that if they don't fess up they'd all be sent to the veternarian.
