I see you live in LA? I live in San Gabriel, CA just south of Pasadena (everybody knows where Pasadena is!). I also see you lived in Paradise, CA. Such a sad story there with the fires. Fortunately, we now have lush green everywhere, and hopefully not as many fires. No question, just reaching out since I see you live in SoCal and I am new to your books, and to say "Hi."

Glynnis Campbell I'm delighted to "meet" you! Yes, I missed being in the Camp Fire by five days. I'd been living between Paradise and L.A. and decided at the last minute to keep my mom with me in L.A. Sadly, she lost her house. My husband, also raised in Paradise, donated vintage footage to Ron Howard's documentary on the fire, and I wrote three Gold Rush books set in Paradise--the California Legend series.
