Wow okay so I just binged the Heromaker series and I have a few questions - 1. Who is the queen of Fennbirn when this is all taking place? Perhaps Theodora and her horse? 2. Has a Aristene ever had a Fennbirn Queen as a Hero? Or perhaps one of the suitors for the Queen? 3. How is this only a duology? It seems so fitting for a third book! I love it. 4. Did Asters mentor jump through the world gate?

So far, the Aristene have never guided a Fennbirn Queen. Nor a suitor.
I'm going to start working on Three Dark Crowns 5 this summer, which, if it works out the way I hope, will wrap up both series for good.
As far as I know, only two people have ever jumped through the Worlds Gate. Of course, Ferreh and Tiern have traveled through it before, when they arrived. But traveling, not the same as just jumping in willy nilly! If you want to know what happened after the jump, I'm starting work on a short story about it very soon.

Hi Kendare! I am currently writing a fantasy novel (hopefully series in the future), and I was wondering if I could get some advice? What do I write when there are no significant things going on like a battle or love scene? I'm not really sure what to write in those moments where there is nothing important happening, so if you could maybe lend some advice, I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much!
