I've been a Santa Claus for almost 40 years. In that time, I've developed quite a repertoire of 'North Pole' stories to explain things pertinent to Santa, the North Pole, the reindeer, the Toy Shop, the elves, how candy canes are made, etc.
By creating the character of Fawn, I was able create a series of situations which employed many things I'd told children over the decades.
