Your revealing examples of how OCD presents itself in you struck a chord with so many of your fans---myself included! Are there ways in which OCD helps your creative process, or has it mostly been something you have had to work around?

Lena Dunham I think OCD has forced me to escape through writing and so in that way it has been a driving force. But I am trying to dispel the myth that we have to suffer in order to make great work-- you wouldn't force yourself to live with diabetes and claim it helped you play the violin! Writers deserve happiness too-- hehe
