Hello, I am not a native english speaker, so I am puzzled by some sentences at the end of "Lila" On Top of Page 260: "She could even think of wicked old Mack... knowing that she had brought him there. And his child." Is Mack the father of Lilas child??? Thank you very much in advance for your answer!
