I never have writer's block. I just have times that I need to let ideas gestate. What others call writer's block I call pregnancy. I have learned to trust the silent times, when the ideas need a chance to germinate within. To a certain extent, we never write a book. The book is written within and we have to wait for the internal writer and thinker to complete its job so we can type it out.
