Why does no one mention the fact that Lily probably died because she was taking estrogen!! It made her sick and dizzy and messed with her brain (literally). If she hadn’t transitioned she would still be alive as an effeminate boy. Is that such a bad thing? Did we really need to know that she had orgasms when she had a full bladder because of her surgically created vagina?

Lisa She died because no one picked up on the fact that the estrogen was causing side effects.
Transitioning didn't kill her. I do wish they'd done more to clarify that.
Jill Hanson carrell that part about estrogen was actually thoroughly discussed in the book. So, yes, HEAVILY mentioned
