Goodreads asked C.A. Hall:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

C.A. Hall I don't know that I'm organized enough to have a flawless system, but usually it involves going for a walk, meditating, reading a book, or banging my forehead against the keyboard and throwing notebooks against the wall. The best cure is really consistency. If I take too many days off from writing them I'm continually blocked when returning. If I write everyday, I rarely block. I may reach a point where I don't know what happens next, but I usually go write something else until that thought process works itself out.
